The All-on-4 Dental Implant Procedure

Before the introduction of the All-on-4 dental implant restoration, the placement of a dental implant took an extended period for the treatment. The two front implants stand upright, and the two back implants are placed at 45-degree angles. The unique placement allows the All-on-4 to be placed that would have previously required a bone graft to overcome jawbone atrophy.

The naturally denser jawbone in the front of your jaw is ideal for the placement of implants and the innovative approach of placing the back two implants at an angle also avoids the nerve canal and your sinus cavities. When completed, you have a restoration that you do not need to remove, like traditional dentures. Our thoughtful team carefully places the four titanium implants surgically into your jaw. The simplicity of this process will also reduce any discomfort. A prototype restoration is then secured on the four implant posts with snaps, which allows you to use them like natural teeth while your permanent restoration is being custom designed at the dental lab.
