At 815 Dental Studio, we make sure every family member, of any age knows the proper way to brush their teeth.

Here are the fundamental steps we constantly reinforce:

Position the bristles of your toothbrush at a 45-degree angle toward the gums.
Gently move the toothbrush across your teeth in small, short circular motions.
Patiently brush the front surfaces, the back surfaces, and the tops, making sure you reach the back molars. This simple activity must be done twice a day for two minutes each time to remove the daily buildup of damaging plaque. This is the same for all ages.
Floss and rinse once a day.
